Teach with us

We are looking for three teachers who see teaching as part of their life journey, not a nine-to-five job. If you love being with children and want to look at education beyond the four walls of a classroom, we would like to meet you.

Questions

Good to know

What does the school stand for?

Udhbhavaha is rooted in Bharatiyata, the culture and values of this land. Children learn languages, maths and science alongside music, dance, kalaripayattu, handwork, farming and cooking. It is not affiliated with any religious institution or political party.

Do I need teaching experience?

We look for a relevant educational degree and people who are currently active in teaching or education. If you are unsure whether you fit, write to us and tell us about your work.

What about pay and terms?

We are a contribution-based, not-for-profit school. We will not pretend to match a corporate school, and we prefer to talk about terms openly in our first conversation, before you spend time on anything else.

Can I come and see the school first?

Yes. Write to us and we will arrange a visit. Seeing the children and the teachers at work is the best way to know whether this is right for you.

Come and walk this path with us

Tell us who you are and why this work matters to you. We would love to hear from you.
